What an intriguing title! I love it!

First and foremost the sessions have brought joy to my week in that, although I’m doing weekly Dance To Health sessions and Pilates and Contemporary Dance, these sessions have given me the opportunity to express myself through dance “without borders”! Every movement offer is accepted because each one of us owns it.

This project has given us the gift of expressing ourselves through our bodies in a non judgemental way – guiding us, enabling us, advising us, as we learn and experiment together – despite each one of us being isolated in our rooms in front of a computer.

ALL THIS OVER ZOOM!!!!

“WEDNESDAY IS DANCE DAY!” HOORAY!

LOVE, LAUGHTER, JOY!

It is amazing what can be achieved over the screen but when I’ve met other group members during these last two weeks of filming I have realised (it hit me in the gut) how so much more rewarding it is to dance LIVE with others.

It has also highlighted what an amazing project this has been in lockdown in terms of creativity, ability, expression of the body and how it all becomes much stronger, more tangible when we are physically present with one another.

We learn, We create, We laugh, We move, We dance, We share, We develop, We achieve.

Can anyone ask for more? NO. It’s just beautiful!
